Wholesale Account Application

In order to keep costs down and customer service up, we require all new wholesale customers to fill out a wholesale account application. This form is downloadable directly from our website. Please take a moment to print it out, complete the form and fax it with a copy of your business license, government tax identification number, or government issued contractor's license to 717.555.1212, or complete using your computer, and email with scanned attachments to jamtra613@gmail.com. Your application will be reviewed immediately, and you will be notified within two business days of its approval.

All approved applications will be assigned a login name and password giving you full access to the Bug-De-Lite website and our incredible wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing is available to retailers in the trade.
